If needed, Liveinhost may disclose any of your hosting contents or information/details of customer's account as required or requested by law agency/governmental request or court order.
All customers are not permitted to use applications installed in their servers to scan other server ports. Also, its not allowed to send mass emails like newsletters. If we receive any complains of malicious activity then we will fully cooperate with such investigating authority or agency and may take down your server and its services without any prior notice if needed. Any people who violate server and its network security policies may incur criminal or civil liability.
Each Liveinhost shared hosting accounts comes fully equipped with its own pre-configured cgi bin directories. Customers are free to use any CGI-scripts provided to their own hosting account or add any additional ones if needed. However, use of any malicious and resource consuming scripts which adversely affecting the server performance or the network integrity will be shut down without prior notice.
Any shared hosting account or VPS that uses a high amount or unfair amount of hosting resources (such as CPU usage, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either to upgrade the specs of their respective hosting plans or to reduce the resource used to an acceptable by optimising the server scripts if any.
You are not allowed to use Liveinhost hosting space to transmit spam or unsolicited/abusive emails. Any kind of mass email or bulk email is also prohibited. We also don't allow sending newsletters to internet users. In case we found someone is using their servers to send spam emails then we will impose a $100 penalty for each spam policy violation. Liveinhost solely reserves the right to suspend or cancel service to known spammers. Liveinhost reserves the right to investigate and determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in cancellation/termination of services without refund. Also, these account holders will be prevented from purchasing hosting space again ever.
Liveinhost provide 24/7 technical support using live chat and email. However, we may not be able to always provide support to help with 3rd party software installation and configuration. However, we take no additional cost to install and configure any normal and commonly used applications that are needed for website hosting purposes.
All the data and materials available through Liveinhost Web Services will be subject to protection under the copyright laws and laws that are protecting the trademarks, as well as proprietary informations and also the trade secrets.
Liveinhost has the right to cancel or suspend any user accounts of is any plicy violation is found. Violation of any of the Liveinhost's policies may also result in account termination. Accounts may be terminated without any prior notice if any illegal or malicious activity is detected and that is affecting our network and other user's servers. Also, accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Liveinhost offers a 30 days money back guarantee on any of our web hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you will be given a full refund of the hosting amount.
All payments that are made after the first 30 days of the welcome email are non-refundable. In case you found that there has been some overcharges or billing related issues then you need to contact the sales team either via chat or using tickets with 45 days.
The request to cancel your service need to be done at-least 15 days prior to the next bill date. All cancellations can be placed using the ticketing system or by an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Liveinhost does not backup any data on VPS and Dedicated Servers that customers subscribe with us. Please make sure to take backup of all your data locally at your end. In event of server failure, customer will be provided with a fresh service without any existing data. Liveinhost cannot be held accountable for data loss occurs inside our network and servers.
Liveinhost will not provide any warranties of any kind for any of the services that we provide and we will not be responsible for your bussiness loss. This includes data loss resulting from failed backups or any other service interruptions cause by datacenter and its employees. We reservers the right to update these policies any time without any notice. Also, if in any case Liveinhost is sued because of activities of any customer that violates any public law or this policy then the particular customer will have to pay for any damages awarded again Liveinhost including the costs and reasonable attorney fees.
